This is not just another online fitness challenge. This is a commitment to yourself, to your health and to becoming the best version of you. Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a comprehensive program crafted to help you achieve your fitness goals: whether it is shedding those extra pounds, building lean muscle or improving your overall strength and endurance.
This may be your first time taking a step into your fitness or maybe you’ve attempted before and fell off somewhere along the way. I understand that staying consistent and committed can be challenging which is why I provide you with all the tools and support your need to thrive.
Here’s what to expect over the next 8 weeks.
1. Complete gym programing: say goodbye to guess work. You’ll have full access to the entirety of the 8-week challenge.
2. Video Tutorials: No more confusion about proper form or technique. You will have access to video tutorials for each exercise to ensure each movement is being preformed safely and effectively
3. Community Support: Access to the online community gives you the ability to interact with other challenge participants: sharing daily wins, celebrating non-scale victories, sharing challenges/struggles and consistent support.
